ORDERS & PAYMENTS:

When placing an order for any domain name (including setting up a .Tel page) you will need to have an active credit or debit card for setting up your hosting accounts or purchasing your .Tel name. We do not ask nor need these details as we just direct you to the relevant secure sites. Once these are ordered and active which usually takes around 24 to 48 hours after ordering we are ready to start work adding the neccessary content.

Full payment is required on the day of the job in cash or by Bank Transfer / Paypal no later than 48 hours prior to the job. There is also a 5% loading for using PayPal. Presently we do not take cheques or credit cards.

Webprom is VAT registered so if you are VAT registered you will receive a VAT invoice allowing you to claim back it back.
