Created in 2009 by Niche Publications of London, TheExhibitor was an A2 folded to A6 map aimed at visitors and exhibitors of selected London exhibitions. Niche Publications are long established in the leisure and entertainment field and are well renowned for producing quality guides and maps for the capital. Other long running and successful publications to come out of the Niche stable are: About London (Ladbroke & Hilton Hotels) The London Theatre Visitor, London After Dark and Night Out in London. Webprom have a long association with Nice contributing both design and photographic work.
To take The Exhibitor to the next level we have changed the format of the publication to a 64 page, A5 glossy magazine. This will allow far more useful content to be added along with a wider range of advertisers, but most significantly will allow advertising rates to be reduced by a massive 80%! There will be a specific magazine produced for each exhibition allowing content to be customised accordingly and creating a natural link between the visitor and advertiser.
We have also created an all new website to go with the new look publication and implemented what is probably the most cost effective advertising program to be found any where on line.
For those visiting exhibitions from foreign shores the magazine includes an introduction in 5 different languages! It is specifically designed to appeal to visitors and exhibitors of some of the most popular exhibitions in London such as the World Travel Market, the renowned MPH Top Gear Show, Europe's premier adult event, Erotica and the world famous London Boat Show.
The magazine will be distributed by hand picked Promotional Girls from Promo1. We will be taking stand space at the exhibitions to ensure correct distribution of the magazine.
Last year alone there were over a half a million visitors to popular venues at Earls Court, Olympia and Excel where they enjoyed a veritable feast of entertainment before heading home. The print-run for each exhibition is based on last years audited figures supplied by the individual organizers.
